Industry Experience

Early in Bobs career he received extensive training and field experience that was concentrated in first and third party claim handling, including supervisory duties for highly rated property and casualty insurers.  Bob continues to excel in policy interpretation and claim negotiations with insureds, claimants, and attorneys on losses involving a variety of personal and commercial line coverages.  With his success and experience at both the Company level and on the independent adjusting side, he has a unique perspective and refined communication skills that have been developed, resulting in recognized expertise in evaluating the most diverse and complex claim scenarios.
