Industry Experience

Adjusted medium to large property losses for Homeowenr and Commercial insureds for two major insurance companies. Handled catastrophe coordination and property supervision with major property insurer working local and out of state losses. Supervised training of start up programs to train property adjusters with a major property insurer. In 1987, Jim started Wilco Construction Company, which specialized in insurance restoration work. As a General Contractor, he directed subcontractors during the entire restoration process of various Commercial and Homeowners property losses.
