Matt's people skills and adjustment abilities far exceed his years of experience. He has shown proficiency in handling all sizes and types of Property losses. Working with RGA's General Adjusters, he has had the opportunity to be involved in several multi-million dollar losses. This has taught him to coordinate emergency services, mitigate damages, as well as, orgainze claim documentation. Working several hailstorms throughout the Midwest, Matt has developed an expertise in evaluating hail damage to both residential and commercial roof systems.
