Aetna Life & Casualty Commercial Property Supervisor, General Adjuster, 1986 - 1991
Began career with Aetna as a Commercial Property Adjuster. In 1987, I was promoted to Commercial Property Claim Supervisor for their Chicago Operations. The unit consisted of three General Adjusters, three outside Claim Representatives, and three inside Specialists. The unit handled First and Third Party Property losses including Business Interruption, Inland Marine, and Subrogation investigations. In 1999, I assumed responsibility as Fraud Coordinator for all lines of business.
