RGA is an organization made up of people with diverse backgrounds and interests, working toward successful careers in claims adjusting. Our employees have varied educational backgrounds with B.S. and B.B.A. degrees as well as industry specific degrees which include AIC, RPA, and pursuit of their CPCU designations. Our current staff carries an average expericence which ranges form 17 to 19 years. Our professionals have the specialized expertise and technical background needed to handle the most challenging losses.
